Although there is definitely a barrier for entry onto the wikis, a) that's a barrier
for editing not reading content (here, I think we're primarily talking about trying to
make content easier to read and harder to edit/comment on/contribute to), and b) one of
the main points of WMUK is to help people overcome that barrier and start contributing to
the Wikimedia projects!
