Were this to happen, we'd have to amend the by-laws one way or another. Tom
(iirc) pointed out that anyone so appointed would need to be a trustee
first and foremost, which is correct, as is the analogy with the Foundation
board chapter-selected seats.
But actually I think it's unlikely this issue will arise.
