As many of you will probably be aware, the Wikimedia Foundation is leading
the development of a Universal Code of Conduct

to everyone involved with the Wikimedia movement. They are in the process
of forming a Drafting Committee for the code, and are inviting applications
to the committee *by 15th July*. More details about what will be involved,
