Tom, Why do you talk nonsense half the time (or more)? Of course many donations have terms, implied or explicit. Hence the restricted funds many charities have. Any donation involving transferring domain names should have a written agreement, as this one will have, and that agreement has terms. Which from a combination of various reasons took an inordinate time to finalize.
