I've just seen a rather impressive presentation from the London Wikimania bid team. I thought it best to let you know that last night there was a raft of updates to the public bid page at http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimania_2014_bids/London, including some videos, a (draft) budget, and a fundraising strategy.
I think it'd really help if the community took a look through the pages and thought about potential weaknesses for the bid. At the moment, London looks likely to win: as a result, we really need to start looking critically *(but supportively!) *at the bid.
