Geonotices are only as good as the database underneath. If the IP database doesn't think you're in London, no amount of tinkering with skins will fix that.

My IP address is clearly in the UK range (in London, I believe).
I have tried different skins, added some CSS, created a new account. Still no luck.
Any thoughts? Am I the only one?
