I absolutely agree with Harry and Andreas that the newsletter should reach beyond the chapter & list communities to the much larger group of UK-based editors and readers. And donors, though they are supposed to be getting their own version. We should always bear this in mind, and encourage contributions from outside the existing r-l community, but probably early numbers will concentrate UK news on chapter & meetup affairs, as well as wider issues like the internet bill thingy. But the main thing is to get one going. Obviously, from the chapter POV, the newsletter should be a prime means of reaching out to the wider community and recruiting active volunteers.
