For people attending the meetup in London this Sunday: Sue Gardner would like to talk to everyone about the new strategy plan. I've put her presentation slides (prepared for the upcoming chapters meeting in Berlin) on the UK wiki here:
http://uk.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wikimedia_Foundation_Strategy_Project_Chap...
You may wish to either print it out or, if you are bringing a laptop, download a copy. I believe Seddon is planning on bringing a few printed copies, but the more people that can see them the better, since we can't do an actual slideshow in a bar.
See you all there!
Tom
No specific time has been decided. It will be at some point between 1pm and 6pm, I can tell you that much! If you are going to be late and want to be there for it, I can ask Sue to wait for you - when do you expect to arrive?

Well, maybe other people would arrive "late"?
Not just me!

They should consider it an incentive not to be late, then! ;)
I'll make sure Sue doesn't start until 2pm in case of stragglers, how does that sound? I'm not sure there is much more I can do...

I have attended this event from time to time. Since it is "informal", I never arrive on time and I always leave early.... and I notice that any other people also come and go during the afternoon.
Now. Where is my dinner invite!?!?!

I've only been a few times, but most people seem to arrive near the beginning and leave at varying times, so I think it's probably best to do it sooner rather than later. I'm not sure we want to formalise things to the extent of having a set timetable.

Talk to Sue on the day, there are some places going spare. I'm going to let her fill those with people she finds interesting during the afternoon.
So, there will be a talk from Sue G?
Maybe somebody should edit the article?

I'd forgotten there even was an agenda section on those pages! I've mentioned it on the talk page. You can edit the agenda if you like.
