How many people are empowered to moderate comments on the Chapter's blog?
I was told this morning of a second comment on http://blog.wikimedia.org.uk/2013/03/researchers-are-you-wikipedia-compatible/; it still has't been published.
I appreciate that the office staff are busy, and perhaps one or more were not available. I intend no criticism, but would having more moderators help? I'd be happy to contribute.

Hi Andy,
Thank you for your email.
I've just taken a look at the blog now and there aren't any comments in the moderation queue. I'm not sure where the comment you've been advised of is, but perhaps there was an error in posting?
Usually when a comment is added to a blog post the moderators receive an email alert. I have't received one of those either. I'll keep an eye on the queue today and monitor for any problems. In the meantime, please do feel free to pass on my details to anyone having difficulty with the blog and I'll do what I can to help, including posting on behalf of anyone unable to do so.
Thanks,
Stevie

I've been through 15 pages of spam comments which took me to about 6.30pm yesterday. Unless the comment was about cheap viagra, teeth whitening, cheap Nike shoes and Prada bags, it isn't there I'm afraid.

Hi Andy,
Martin Poulter just mentioned this to me as well and advised the comment was from him. I was then able to search for his name and found it in the spam comments. All I can do is apologise for that but we get so much spam that unless we know what we're looking for it's impossible to find. The spam count is currently 8,051 comments so I'll see if I can empty the folder!
Thanks,
Stevie
