Fascinating though it is reading this exchange of bitter wits, I don't think
we're really getting very far with this war of attrition. True, the process
has been very frustrating, but everyone here is acting in good faith and we
should be trying to work together. Everyone needs to go away and have a nice
tea, and then kill something, and then we can get back to the issue of
setting up WER.

Let me elucidate: "If you think you can do a better job, then you're
welcome to it."
Well, apparently not, since we're not going to get a chance to elect a
new board until the bank account is set up, and there's no reason to
believe that will be any time soon. If the current board call an AGM
and stand down, I fully intend to make myself a candidate.
