Dear all
The formal notice of the 2016 AGM for Wikimedia UK was sent to members by email yesterday on behalf of the board of trustees. If you are a member and haven't received the email, please do check your spam box and/or ask us for a copy of the email.
As previously confirmed on this mailing list, the next AGM for Wikimedia UK will be held at 3pm on Saturday 9th July at Impact Hub Birmingham, Walker Building, 58 Oxford St, Birmingham B5 5NY. We have also planned a 'Wikimedia UK meet up' beforehand with training, talks and time for informal networking amongst existing trustees, members, staff, volunteers and other interested stakeholders. Everyone is welcome to attend regardless of your membership status, however please do register your attendance on eventbrite (link at the bottom of this email), so that we know how many people to expect and how many to cater for.

I have posted a page with some directions and items of interest:

If there is sufficient interest, I could organise a walking bus from New Street Station, via Moor Street Station, on the morning of the event.
Thanks Andy :)
