Thanks for that. And yes, the strict rules ensure that the company (and hence the charity later) would have a 100% watertight control over the domain.
<pedantry>We're a charity now - a charity is just a non-profit with charitable objectives, you don't need to register to be a charity. Once we register we will be a "Registered Charity", at the moment we are an "Exempt Charity" (due to being very small).</pedantry>
