Four Wikipedians attended the whole meeting (which lasted until 5:50pm).
A fifth WIkipedian (Stefan) was present for part of the meeting.
Brief notes: charity status agreed, company limited by guarantee agreed. The articles of association should be brief and taken from the Charities Commission Model which would vastly improve the transition to charity status. The "by laws" from other countries would act as a reference point, and included in part.
Next meeting: propsoed to meet on Sunday, 27th November 2005 at the same venue. Lunch is available at the pub. Date chosen since Jimbo will be in town and to focus ourselves on a few (tenable) goals.
It is noted that London is not the UK. Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and Reading are also in the UK:-)

Thanks, Cormac. That is a very fair representation of what took place!
I am planning to write another draft of the aims, without looking at the "by-laws" but starting from the models we have to hand (notable from the Charities Commission).
