Apparently, there is an IRC meeting to discuss the wikimania bid (in #wikimania-oxford) at 8:30 tonight. I only know this because I saw it in the chapter website's sidebar (and got the time from the IRC channel topic) - there doesn't seem to have been an email about it (unless I missed it). So, here is an email! There are lots of tasks (mostly small) that still need to be done, so as many people turning up as possible would be great. See you all there!
