I'm pretty certain the T&C aren't compatible with any sort of licence (other than the *lorem ipsum *licence), but the "Contact" page:
http://www.revolutionaryplayers.org.uk/contact.stm
says that:
"Images and contextual material can be used for educational or research purposes without securing permission"
which is not good enough for our licensing, other than by claiming 'Fair Use'.
Best to drop them a line and ask for release fro the image you want.

I've borrowed lots of images from this site that are clearly out of copyright. This site makes the general assumption of copyright where in some cases there is no legal support for that position.
