These (attached) seem ok to me. Since there are no ties to the Foundation in any form, I believe that my or the board's *formal* approval is not needed at this stage. This said, the MoA and the AoA fit perfectly with the Foundation's goals and mission, so you have my "benediction" ;-).

Just a remark

in MoA:

See:5 (d) No Director may: i. buy and goods or services from the Company; one "and" too many? Or is it my English?
