All,
When's the best date for everyone for the AGM? We've pinned it down to one of the 18th, 19th, 25th, 26th of April, or the 2nd or 3rd May, but we need your help picking the best one of those, i.e. the one that the most people can make.

Thanks, Mike Peel
All,
I forgot to say: the deadline for completing this is the end of the day on Wednesday (tomorrow), as we want to start booking the location asap.
Thanks, Mike

Just to remind you all that you have four hours to complete this if you care. It currently looks like the AGM will be on Saturday the 25th.

I'd interpret those results as being in favour of Sunday 26th. The three people that say they wouldn't like that date are me (who could make it if I had to), Andrew (who I'm guessing is in the same position, otherwise he would have probably spoken up before now - he can clarify that) and someone that can't make either day that weekend. Whereas the two people that voted against the Saturday are Seddon (who absolutely cannot make it on a Saturday) and the person that can't make either.

If you could make it, you should put yourself as OK for that date. There's more votes in favour of Saturday right now, but if you voted for Sunday if you could make it, that would make Sunday more reasonable.
Would it not be a good idea for board members' votes to take priority as well, since there is more reason for them to attend?

There was a brief discussion in #wikimedia-uk during the board meeting about that. I was advised to vote for just those I'd prefer, and no-one else objected to that advice, so I went with it.

Board members and people intended to stand for the board. There will be hustings at the meeting, so candidates do, ideally, need to be there.

And Tellers :)
Speaking of which, presumably the pushing back of the AGM by a week moves back the dates for notification and nominations deadline too...

Excellent point! It would be helpful if the tellers were there...

I guess so, although we may want to aim for earlier deadlines to give us some leeway in case of problems.
All,
Thanks to all that filled in the poll. The conclusion poll was that either saturday or sunday was fine (based on Andrew's and Tango's comments that they're happy with either day). We'll make the final decision between the two based on the availability of the location for the AGM.
