I'm going and it will be FUN - lots of talking to people, signing up
members and volunteers, having out badges/stickers and talking about who we
are and what we do...

Hello everyone,
I hope you're well.
Wikimedia UK has been offered a stand at the Open Government Partnership
summit on
31 October and 1 November. This is excellent news as we will be
able to spread the word about the Wikimedia mission to many opinion formers
and policy makers.
I wonder if there are any volunteers who would be
interested in helping
to staff the stand on 31 October and 1 November.
I know this is short notice - but this was only
confirmed with us about
ten minutes ago. The thing is, I need to pass on the details
of those
attending from our side TODAY. So I need to hear from you by about 3.30pm
at the very latest.
Thanks and regards,
Stevie
