The Collections Trust have today released "10 draft Principles for Linked Data in the Culture Sector". http://www.collectionstrust.org.uk/digital/linkeddata This follows from a 'summit' meeting last month that I attended representing Wikimedia UK.

If you are interested, then I would encourage you to send a response to Nick Poole (his email address is on the webpage) sharing your thoughts on the principles.
