Equally, I don't want to stop you having a face to face meeting (often
more productive) - which I might myself get down to (just travel is a
bit of an expense). If you want you could set a cut off number to
justify a meeting - or just go ahead with it, and others (like me) can
decide last minute whether to go or not.
