I just wrote http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Euphonicon . I notice there's one in the V&A, and the V&A is quite happy to have people taking photos to put in Wikipedia ... anyone stopping by any time soon? - d.

Gathering a list, with the article waiting for the picture in question, would be a damn useful thing anyway. (What do V&A get out of this? Their name in captions all over Wikipedia.) - d.

Is there a version of it sorted per location, e.g. so all items in the V&A we need a photo of could be tracked down easily enough? (If we had a good "Missing images of items in the V&A list," I suspect the musem would be very helpful if we ask nicely.) - d.

We don't currently get any more exact than: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Wikipedia_requested_photographs_in_Lo…

That seems to be used mostly for places in London, rather than things that are in London museums.
