Dear all
Here is the link to register on eventbrite for the party on Saturday 16th January. Do feel free to bring partners/friends but if you're planning to do so, please book a ticket for them so we have a good idea about numbers.
We're very pleased that Jimmy Wales has confirmed that he can attend.

I mentioned before our thanks to Ed - but spelt his surname wrong! Thanks, Ed Saperia, for the venue :)

Has anyone worked out a good museum to visit beforehand? I was looking at the Museum of London but that's only because I want a better pic of the Sunbury Hoard.

Museum of Childhood, Bethnal Green? Suitable for Children of all ages.

Geffrye Museum is excellent, but again not a very big museum.

Museum of London, Docklands is not too far away. The D3 bus will take you to the party venue (short walk at either end).

The Bank of England Museum:

is well worth a couple of hours, It's part of the building on Threadneedle Street, but entered via a side door. It's free..
+ to the Geffrye Museum, also.
The Geffrye Museum is nearby, although I don't know opening times...as is the V&A Museum of Childhood, although I haven't been to that one before...
