Ofcom has done a report on broadband uptake in the UK. They felt the Irish Gaelic, Ulster Scots and Welsh Wikipedias were worth mentioning in particular.

Odd that they make reference to the "Ulster Scots" Wikipedia even in the Scottish report. Is there even a separate Ulster Scots/Ullans Wikipedia? I can't find it on http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Complete_list_of_language_Wikipedias_availabl... the standard Scots one.

It is likely to do with how language speakers are divided up for official purposes.
