Dear all
On *Friday 12th July from 2 - 4pm* there will be an informal meetup event in London for Wikimedians in the UK and Wikimedia Foundation's London based staff, plus senior leadership and trustees.
I will confirm the venue nearer the time but it's likely to be in the South Bank area, near Waterloo and/or London Bridge.
It would be great to see contributors and volunteers there! Please could you let me know if you think you can make it, so we have an idea of numbers.
Best wishes Lucy

Hi everyone
I just wanted to confirm that the meetup for the Wikimedia UK community and Wikimedia Foundation staff and trustees will be going ahead from 2 - 4pm on *Friday 12th July*, at the social enterprise Coin Street, near Waterloo. If it's fine we will be on the roof terrace https://coinstreet.org/space-and-venue-hire/roof-terrace, otherwise we have the Neighbourhood Room inside. Drinks and other refreshments will be provided (kindly paid for by the Foundation, along with the venue hire costs).
I know a few of you have already said you will try to come but *please let me know by email if you can make it*. It would be great to see as many volunteers and other community members from the UK as possible, particularly as it's a fairly unique opportunity to talk to the leadership of the Wikimedia Foundation in person.
Coin Street is a five minute walk from Waterloo for overground connections and the Underground, and also very accessible by bus (or bike!) Details of how to get there are here https://coinstreet.org/about-us/contact-us.
I hope to see you there!
All best Lucy

Is the entrance at 108 Coin Street neighborhood center or is it via coin street itself (essentially round the back of what I think is the building in question?)

Hi Farah
Although we've only booked the terrace from 2 - 4pm we have the indoor space (the Neighbourhood Room) all day, so you could probably head there early. Some staff should be there a little early as well (I'm heading down from Scotland now so it depends on whether the train is on time!)
Best Lucy
