I might not be able to make this meeting now - but I'll try. If I don't get there, hope it all goes well..

I certainly shan't, but wishing all the best for everyone who does and I'll look forward to reading the write-ups afterwards.

Is the venue a problem? Would be better to arrange the next business meeting in London?
The Wikimeetup will go ahead in Birmingham, but my questioning is about the efficacy is having the people who are involved with technical matters move to Birmingham for the next session.
My guess is that we should allow as much time as possible to finish the documentation (un-constrained) and set a date for the meeting with the lawyers to sign those documents.
My suggestion? We do all this before 21st January. It would be nice to go to Birmingham feeling that all the work was "done and dusted".

If we do need another meeting in London, then for selfish practical reasons it almost certainly needs to be at a weekend. A weekday might be possible after the 21st but as I will need to arrange time off work before then is potentially tricky, but as long as it isn't the 9, 10, 11, 17, 18 or 19th hopefully doable. Those dates I cannot get to London.
I wont be able to make too many weekdays as I don't want to use up all my leave before Wikimania!
Birmingham is just as easy for me as London is and I will be attending on the 21st.

Yes, it does appear that a weekend is better than a weekday, for the reasons you mention.
Hence, we have 7th & 8th and 14th & 15th before the 21st.

We need to meet again (either online or face to face) to agree documents, set up a date to sign, pay fees and incorporate.
Has that date or dates (and venue) and an attendant schedule be set and agreed?
