It's fantastic to hear the news we've all been waiting for.
So much to do! There's plenty which can be updated now; the board meeting could provide a usual place to discuss what other online information needs updating.
Now we are an official chapter, we should be able to get our own site on WMF servers - we'll have a lot to do transferring things over to that site. The current site, wikimedia.org.uk, will need to be redirected as well.
