I've just added an English description (that says Falkland Islands) as well as the Spanish one (that says Islas Malvinas).
It's a stunning photo of a military cemetery, and no newspaper would run a story without the picture - which will make it obvious that the picture got a placing because it's a great picture.
If we can't position this one as an example of Wikipedia's neutrality, we're just not trying.
