Wikimedia Poland has just published their latest chapter report which contains two interesting ideas:
a) A "Wikicontest"micro grants scheme
The recent work towards a system for paying for people to attend conferences is the start of such a scheme. We can't extend it until we have some general funds, but once we do it would be a good thing.
b) A workshop for "strategy planning"
Worth scheduling something like that for OKCON/the AGM.
