Might be informative to the list to see Martin's comments on OER13 http://blog.wikimedia.org.uk/2013/04/open-educational-resources-some-reflect ions-on-oer-13/ I was actually looking to see if there was a paper too but couldn't find it - Martin? I guess I also wonder what you think about how useful attending was/would be?

I would love to return to the OER conference, and I'll have time because my Jisc project will be over, but it's hundreds of pounds to send a volunteer and I've already had a turn. Hence my raising it here.
