My one observation of a weakness is accommodation - why can we not be sure of which college(s) we'll be using? Is there any chance of getting provisional booking? Sorry if this has been discussed before, and for leaving it so late to point out.
Yes, that is a weakness. It basically comes from people not having enough time. Hopefully we'll get something a little more specific soon.
