I strongly presume both. A positive response from ChapCom would be advisable before submitting anything that would need changing or amending if required.
I understand that people are anxious to get the new chapter up and running asap. However it isn't a race and I am sure nobody is expecting the board to do anything at the speed of light.
Take your time, maybe apply some slight pressure on ChapCom for input or even approval. Ian [[User:Poeloq]]

I've just got back from vacation this evening, so I'm slowly getting caught up on all my email (about 50 mails/day, about 9 days, not including spam), so I'll poke and prod those who need it.
Are you worried that ChapCom is moving too slowly, or that the chapter is moving too quickly?

I'm a little confused about where we currently stand. Has chapcom approved the Mem and Arts yet? If not, is there a risk we'll have to change them after the submission to Companies House? It's great that things are moving forward, I'm just a little concerned that they may be going *too* quickly.
