You just forwarded your full address to wikimediauk-l, and it's in the archive ...
I've forwarded Brian's email on to the tellers.
From a quick Google search, it seems that the only way to delete an email from the archive is from the command line, which means a tech person at the WMF needs to do it (as this list is hosted by the WMF). Does anyone know of an easier way, or the appropriate WMF person to approach?
It's too late. There is no way you will get the genii back in the bottle. It's not just in the archives on the WMF servers, it is all over the web (eg. on gname). The WMF tech people will probably be reluctant to do the work of deleting it for that reason. Asking in the #wikimedia-tech IRC channel would be the way to find out, though.
