Hello new Wikimedians,
A second welcome. A bit of house information for you.
Pl. Wikimedia Ghana's duty is to recruit you and help you get started with
the wikis. If
*you*
haven't received assistance, notify me.
Now to stage 2.
We will retain some or all of you to help recruit more members and also
train them like we did for you, provided you are contributing to the wikis
and learning.
Hence to stay in the group, you are to contribute at least 3 times a week.
*You can always have your Wikipedia/Wikimedia account forever and edit when
you please. *
But to stay in Pl. Wikimedia Ghana, you need to edit 3 times a week.
Talk to any older member to know more.
Regards,
Sandister Tei

Subject: [Wikimediauk-l] Can Wikimania save lives?
To: UK Wikimedia mailing list <wikimediauk-l(a)lists.wikimedia.org>
Hi everyone,
Fabian Tompsett has written a blog post about meeting people face-to-face
at Wikimania and the discussions resulting from it, including a very
interesting piece on the Translation taskforce of WikiProject Medicine and
making sure that with the Ebola outbreak in West Africa information on the
virus is available in indigenous languages.
Read the blog here <http://bit.ly/1lepZRY>.

Hi Guys,
Do you know about The Wikipedia Library
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:TWL>?
"*We started The Wikipedia Library to address this. In 2010 research
database Credo Reference donated 500 free accounts to our top editors; the
lines of editors requesting these accounts piled over. Through 2011 and
2012 we added partnerships from HighBeam Research, Questia Online Library,
