I've been told indirectly that the authors of the Tulu Wikipedia incubator are trying and failing to contact the Langcom to ask whether their domain can go live.

Most important MediaWiki messages are translated, too: https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:Translate?filter=!translated&acti...
(There are just three fuzzy messages, which is really OK because they were changed just a few days ago, and the general translatewiki activity is good.)
I cannot say anything else about it, however.
Can anybody find an expert to verify that it's Tulu?
Does anybody have any other comments?

Thanks for turning our attention to this. Provided that an independent scholar will verify that the content in the incubator is written in proper Tulu, I support the domain tcy to go live. Best, Oliver
