i saw quite some discussion here and on the ghana wikipedia article about a topic which seems to be "Inquiry that probed Ghana’s preparations, participation and performance at the 2011 All Africa Games". today i had a first look and i am confused a little i must admit.
i found references about a report produced. and references that the parliament ordered a probe: http://www.thestatesmanonline.com/index.php/sports/265-parliament-probes-8bn...
on the other hand i found references saying that the reports results were released early: http://www.ghanaweb.com/GhanaHomePage/SportsArchive/artikel.php?ID=238465
or that no action is taken because persons of the governing party could be involved: http://www.thestatesmanonline.com/index.php/politics/963-mahama-fighting-cor...
but the report itself i could not find. on the ghana articles references are added and deleted. i know you discussed it here many times, but i must admit i have difficulties to understand your viewpoint on this, having no background information. what do you think?

I think wikiGH is the wrong place to come looking for this rather sensitive report because of the fact that it is political.
I don't know what the others may think but I personally can only talk about what is available in the public domain and this report apparently isn't...sadly.
