Based on the ISO namings for the regions in Ghana, I've made the changes on the Id column of the Ghana Cultural page to suite it.

Anything left on the page to work on? When are we submitting to the database?

great, many thanks! as other countries have a lot of monuments, it might be wise to keep a couple of leading zero's. currently there can only be 999 monuments per region, what you think?
after this is complete, one might trigger a load into the database with this issue on wmf's bugzilla: https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=39164

Yes! Its true there can be many monuments.
I don't believe in Ghana a single region will have over 500 monuments currently. Maybe we're yet to create more. But as at our current state, no region has over 500.
Thus, 999 is a bit okay. Adding more zeros means some zeros will not be useful but will rather make the ID longer.
For me, the 999 maximum value is cool.
