Yes! Its true there can be many
monuments.
I don't believe in Ghana a single region will have over 500
monuments currently. Maybe we're yet to create more. But as at our
current state, no region has over 500.
Thus, 999 is a bit okay. Adding more zeros means some zeros will
not be useful but will rather make the ID longer.
For me, the 999 maximum value is cool.
