[Wikimedia-GH] Tone sounds too Promotional. Help

This article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Iamjunie07/sandbox is currently ongoing. It sounds too promotional to me. It is an article by a new editor, and he's working on it in the sandbox. Help fix some of the promotional tone on the article before he could push to main wikipedia. thanks

Oral is good with writing releases and I sent him an email. You can work with him. And you guys can take the lead and just pull the community along on what you write. We will send it out to all outlets possible and post a version on our site. Well I think we need to find out who the person is. Is he or she new in the community? How well versed is the person with WMF regulations. If it's an experienced editor then it is a clear case of a delineate bad practice and he or she must be warned. Going forward the press release is not a bad idea but we can also share some of these regulations so that the community will be in know. I was told of 2 additional cases all in the space of a week. And these wiki business people even leave their contacts for further negotiations. I was given advice by a Wikimedia staff on how to go about this as a community. Here it goes: "1. [Wikimedia-GH] Cancelled - Koforidua Training Update

So, long and short of the update, I heard from Madam Mary a few minutes ago. Arrangements aren't ready at the end of Koforidua Technical University yet in order for the training to happen tomorrow as planned. Thus, the training session has been postponed to next week Wednesday the 9th of November. Will keep you guys updated.
