For your information, the Wikimedia wikis are not currently using the most recent MediaWiki localisation as expected. Hopefully this will be fixed in a few days. For more updates please follow: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T163671
In the meanwhile, to check whether a translation of yours has reached MediaWiki you'll have to check the MediaWiki repositories directly. https://translatewiki.net/wiki/FAQ#How_is_the_work_done_on_translatewiki.net_connected_to_other_wikis?

That means wikis currently show translations from Tuesday morning.
I'll run it at the end of this evening SWAT (at 23:xx UTC), we'll then get refreshed translation.
But Friday to Sunday are no non-emergency deployment days, so we'll be stuck 3 days with this evening's state of translations.

Discard the previous message: I thought the issue was related to the current datacenter switch to codfw. But this is an scap issue.
To do a scap manually after prepare the branch will either bump on the same issue, either require more than 10-30 minutes work to prepare the correct state, so it's not convenient to proceed.

To relay from the task: This issue has been addressed in scap and will roll out with the next scap release. Probably next week.
