A fix for issue that broke message group state changing in Translate is planned to be deployed in tomorrow's i18n deployment window.

In addition I am planning to upgrade the translation memory schema to a new version. This requires repopulating the translation memory. Some outages for this service can be expected, but it shouldn't affect anything else.
