I have removed these 3 messages:

'confirmunprotecttext' => 'Do you really want to unprotect this page?', 'confirmunprotect' => 'Confirm unprotection', 'unprotectcomment' => 'Comment:',

They are unused since ?, at least I cannot find any usage.
