I have translated more than 1000 system messages for Translate wiki for the creation of Khowar wikipedia and also contributed more than 7000 khowar articles for Khowar wikipedia incubator project. The are many editors working in this project.

There does not seem to be evidence in support of this statement.

I made my recommendations to LangCom about verifying the language content and the editor interest of the Khowar Incubator project.
