I'm in favor, in principle, just like for any other language that is otherwise valid according to the usual policy.
Political challenges must not get in the way.
There are practical challenges, such as the yet-unresolved question of the Tunisian orthography - Latin or Arabic. There will probably be questions of this kind again, which will be hard for us to resolve, but that's a different issue.

I agree that Algerian Arabic is eligible, whatever technical difficulties it may have.
