Thanks for your responses yesterday. It seems a lot of people are thinking alike. For those that I spoke with on Whatsapp, I figured an additional email is not needed.

Those that sent an email, I have replied everyone, some I asked for clarification because I didn't see how that fits into Wikimedia.

I can confidently say we will start implementation in late May/June.
