Hi,
If you applied for scholarship for the Wiki Indaba conference, check your
inbox to see if you got accepted. Follow instructions therein accordingly.
Start making preparations from now. All the points I raised + Oral's in the
previous email about preparing for Visa for London still holds for coming
to South Africa. In fact, all the consulars are the same.
Remember: The south African embassy OFFICIALLY DOES NOT put the application
forms online anymore. Which means, you must go to the South African Embassy
in Ghana, knock on their main door (they'll open you), say you want to talk
to the secretary, and EXPLICITLY ask her (or him. Pray you don't meet the
'him')*, what the requirements are or what you should bring.
Forms will no longer be available from this website. Please visit your
nearest Home Affairs office to obtain ORIGINAL
APPLICATION FORMS &
necessary information.
We apologise for any inconvenience.

*the 'him' at the embassy is actually a ghanaian who's turned himself into
a monster because he's been employed by the south african embassy to sort
files and papers.
