Thanks for clarifying but recent edits covers whatever Wikipedia calls an edit. Even creating a new article is still an edit. Your clarification is spot on but I simply called a spade a spade.

It gives information of all the recent edits (relevant to you as an editor) on Wikipedia.
Aside SuggestBot this also helps you to find pages to edit/watch over pages etc.
There are more of these tools around. Just be curious about things you see on Wikipedia and you will find all sorts.
