There are some Wikipedia Clubs around the world even where there is no active Education program. One example is "The Wikipedia Connection", a club at Ohio State University in the United States of America:

Sounds good but what I normally know is when there is WEP then it is very easy to coordinate since students and lecturers alike become part as well as with WEP there is an already laid down structure that the institution can easily adapt.
That's my thought

This is welcome news.
How have Wikimedia clubs been run around the world? Is there central support from Wikimedia Foundation for such clubs?
Would be good to share best practices and info with these interested students so they are well informed

It will be given considerations indeed, and I am sure Mabel will be more than happy to kick into action after reading this.
NSBE Legon, led by Stephen, are also in the process of starting a club.
Anyone on this list a student of GIJ, apart from Mabel I know of?
