Yes Rexford I categorised them. We have snacks, soups, breakfasts, fruits,drinks etc there are foods which have more than one method of cooking.Eg Fried yam, boiled yam etc. Each category needs to be uploaded separately. Yes obviously some of the trips will be in November. I have a trip to Volta tommorow and will start with foods from the Volta Region.

I have personally listed over 120 Ghanaian
