I don't think this user (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/Togola%C3%ADs_D%C3%ADplom...) is from Ghana. There are no references to prove this yet. Since am not far from Togo. I will try and visit Lomé tomorrow or Monday to check whether I can access Wikipedia or not. I will let you know the outcome as soon as possible. Thanks.
