Hi Matey,
Like Rexford already wrote Wikipedia is a "wiki", which means that everyone can edit it. You don't need to apply or get special permission to join us. You don't even need to log in to edit, although creating an account gives you more options and helps you keep track of your contributions. You can create an account at < https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:UserLogin/signup%3E.
If you have already prepared material for CS Upthegrove, you can create it yourself. Simply type in the title of the entry into the search bar. If no articles with such a title exist, you will be given the option of creating it or requesting it at the page mentioned above. Follow the appropriate link, and you will be greeted with a form allowing you to create the entry.
To help you get started, you can review our welcome page at < https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WP:WEL%3E and let us know if you encounter any difficulty.
Regards
-Masssly
